Have you ever tried avocado ice cream? It’s sounds a bit risky, but it’s next on my list. Apparently avocado shakes and smoothies are popular in Mexico.
My favorite use of an avocado yet: Scooped up high onto a slice of dark rye bread and sprinkled with salt. Never fails…
